Billing Policy
The aesthetic consultation fee is $100. These fees are not billable to insurance companies. Consultation fees must be paid before an appointment can be scheduled.
We do not bill insurance companies for procedures or consultations. There are no billing codes for these procedures. Invoices for procedures are available if a patient wants to submit them to their flex or medical savings accounts, but no codes are provided.
A 25% deposit is required before scheduling a procedure costing $1000 or more. We will provide you with an estimate of the procedure cost at your consultation.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notification on procedures under $1000: No penalty
24 to 48-hour notification for procedures under $1000: $50 fee
Same day cancelation or no show: $100 fee
For procedures costing $1000 or more, if you cancel with less than 2 weeks’ notice or are unable to attend, the entire deposit will be forfeited. We thank you for your understanding.
We kindly ask that cancellation messages for Monday appointments are not left over the weekend, as we may not be able to process them, and the penalty may still apply. Thank you for your understanding.
