Billing Policy
The aesthetic consultation fee is $100. These fees are not billable to insurance companies. Patients who schedule a procedure at the time of their consultation will have half of the consultation fee deducted from the cost of the procedure. Consultation fees must be paid before an appointment can be scheduled.
We do not bill insurance companies for procedures or consultations. There are no billing codes for these procedures. Invoices for procedures are available if a patient wants to submit them to their flex or medical savings accounts, but no codes are provided.
Prepayment is required before scheduling a procedure. We will provide you with an estimate of the procedure cost at the time of your consultation. The cost of extra treatments requested at the time of the scheduled procedure will be due at completion of the visit.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours notification: No penalty
24 to 48-hour notification: $50 fee
Less than 24-hour notification or no-shows: Entire prepayment will be forfeited
Messages left over a weekend for a Monday appointment will not negate the penalty.
Refund Policy
No refunds are granted. If you decide to cancel your procedure or appointment for which you have prepaid, you will be given the opportunity to use your credit towards another procedure at a later date. All credits must be used within a year; otherwise, they will be forfeited.
